I bought this thinking it would be quick and easy to open plastic packages but it wasn't. Its a pain to use. You have to cut it first with the straight razor then you have to stick the front piece into the clam shell and try to open the package with ease. Didnt work.
My advise buy a utility knife,it works and faster.

I am very pleased with this product. It does what the advertisement
says it will do. I no longer struggle trying to open those hard-plastic
containers in which a lot of products are enclosed. Also, slicing through strong tape on boxed products is a snap.
I recommend it!
Just one warning: Keep out of reach to all children.

I have tried every opener available and finally came across the OpenX and it works GREAT. It opens everything and it is very easy to hold in my hand. I think I have every other opener and am now going to toss them in the trash where they belong and only keep my OpenX. Worked fine. It takes a few packages to get the hang of it, but it definitely did the trick. It goes through packages like butter and helps you get to the product without making a mess of the package and with a very safe way to get it done.
