Great knife. Exceptionally sharp. Comfortable to hold. Only hiccup I have with it is the sleeve: the knife slips in a bit too easily. Could have been a bit tighter to stay more securely on the knife. I love these knives. My mom originally bought them from Chef Central when they were closing down for about $5.00. From the moment I used them then, I needed to have them at my own house. I searched and found them on Amazon and bought two. I use them for cutting veggies mostly but they can be used for anything. They even cut through tomato skin (which is always a problem for me). This is a great all-around knife and totally worth every penny. I love the color and the little holder for the knife.Customer Review: Great pairing knife!
