Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Furi Rachael Ray 4-Inch Paring Knife with Blade GuardCustomer Review: Disappointing purchase Summary: 2 Stars
I had read another review complaining of rusting. However, I have a Rachel Ray Santoku knife which I was very pleased with so I ordered two of these. One of them rusted the other one has barely been touched so not sure if it would. Very disappointing.
Otherwise, it seems like a better knife if you have larger hands. I have quite small hands and the 4 inch blade just seems a bit too large for a paring knife. It would be fine for use cutting on a cutting board but a bit too big for paring.
Customer Review: Fantastic Bang for Your Buck Summary: 5 Stars
This is the most inexpensive "good" knife I know of. When I bought my first set of knives, I got a really cheap brand. I upgraded to this knife and the difference is very clear. Slices through things that I just couldn't cut before, without risk to my fingers from slips. Highly recommended!
Customer Review: First one was so great that we bought another Summary: 4 Stars
We bought one a few months ago and liked it so much we bought another.
Customer Review: Furi Knives Summary: 5 Stars
I agree with other reviewers that these knives are not of the same quality as the paring knife that comes with the set, but they are also not the same price! For the price, these knives are excellent. They are very sharp and so far have kept their edge. If you are looking for a REALLY good inexpensive knife, this one will fit your needs.
Customer Review: Furi is great Summary: 4 Stars
Furi makes a good product. This is my third purchase of their knives.
I will continue to buy their products.
