I assumed these were standard sizes. They don't fit my compost pail and it's only because of jerryrigging them that I am able to use them at all. Before you purchase, make sure you've got the right size pail.Customer Review: Very Effective

These filters are very effective at keeping compost odors at bay in our kitchen compost pail. i was wary about having a compost crock on the countertop, but the filters have made it easy. For us, at least, they last at least as long as recommended before needing to be changed, usually quite a bit longer.
