I ordered this because the reviews were good. I ordered it for a Christmas present for someone who lives on the East coast. They got it home, after throwing out all the packaging only to find the top lid, plastic attached to the bamboo lid was not attached. So now I don't know what to do, no packaging and the product not near the purchaser and it was a gift so I am a bit embarrassed about the whole thing. Not sure what to do...I'd love to get another one.
