I am unable to rate the quality of the product, but the seller (toolboxsupply) provided prompt service and the water bed conditioner arrived in excellent condition. I live in a small town. Traveling to my closest source of water bed conditioner would involve lost travel time and travel expense. We have well-water here and it calls for double the amount compared to "city" water. I would rec. you only use what it calls for, we have a queen size soft side pillow top waterbed and only used 4oz. So far so good (I think)Customer Review: I received it in a timely manor.

I ordered the waterbed conditioner THREE WEEKS before I would need it. It never came. Nor did any message from the seller. When I contacted them after two weeks wondering where the items were, they took another two days to say, oops, we're backordered. I had to then run to a store 20 miles away to get the conditioner, when if they had been considerate enough to let me know within a few days of my order, I could have ordered from another vendor online. Incredibly INCONSIDERATE. Lousy service. No discount on price is worth this type of lousy service.
