Customer Review: 17 Years - Best Knife Ever - Hands Down!!!

I bought this knife for $25 back in 1991 from a bakery service that delivered to my work. I was pleased from the very beginning with the effortless way this knife sliced without smashing. In addition, I love this knife so much. I use it to slice meats, fruits and vegetables, and cakes, and I've even used it in a pinch to cut cardboard, plastic, and foam rubber. It is sharpenable, but I have not had to sharpen this knife. It cuts as well as it did when I bought it. The handle is great - nestles right in your hand, and it has a non-slip surface. The blade is serrated and thin, but does not bend and it's so long, you can even cut through a large watermelon with ease. The knife is light and well-balanced. It is a joy to use. Whenever I see ads for this knife, I have to restrain myself to keep from buying another one! On a scale of 1-5 stars, it exceeds all expectations. I give it 6 stars! You'll love it, too!
