Opening the package I was skeptical. It looked so plain with its stamped steel blade and molded handle. After using it once I could see why the ratings were so high. The blade is very sharp. The curve of the blade makes for a natural rocking motion for mincing. The fibrox handle always gives a sure grip even with slippery hands. My only problem with this knife was the fact that it was a bit too wide to fit in my knife block. No problem, it's worth going to the drawer for this knife. Customer Review: R.H. Was expecting this product at least a week after the shipping date. Somehow, never received it after more than three weeks later. Don't know who the seller is but its very very bad customer service.
