Yes, that's right. This knife is at least as enjoyable to use as my set of
Global knives. Perfectly balanced feel and sharp as a razor this is great
knife at a great price. I can see why these knives are always found in
professional kitchens. I can remember the days when I worked in
restaurants, and watched the salad chefs wailing away with these. Highly
recommended even at twice the price.

Excellent utensil. Performed better than expected for the price. Blade quality superb. Never had a knife this sharp so you do have to respect that and be careful how you use it. The handle looks a bit cheap, but it's sturdy and comfortable and easy to clean and that's what really matters. Can't beat the value.

i saw this one on amazon, and bought one on the good reviews here. this one cuts great! my wife was pleasantly surprised at how well it cuts for the price we paid. highly recommended if you are looking for a budget/everyday knife.
