Porkert #5 Each set includes 2 standard cutting disks, fine 4.5 mm (3/16") and coarse 12 mm (1/2") plus saysage stuffing funnel. Well, With a quality grinder, you will make better foods because you control the ingredients. Also functions as a sausage stuffer. Quality Porket brands units have been manufactured in the Czech Republic by the Pokert family since 1906. Cast iron body with bright double tin coating. high Grade cutting plates and knives produced from the finest hardened, tool quality steel. Optional and replacement parts are available.
