Customer Review: So much for seven years

Bought these at Walmart 18 months ago. The first one died two weeks ago and the second died yesterday. They are supposedly warranted for seven years. The package says to return them somewhere for replacement, but does not show an address anywhere on the package. The Phillips website has no mention of any warranty or address to send them to. This is the type of product that gives fluorescent bulbs a bad rep. Don't waste your money on these.
