This product works EXACTLY as claimed. If you follow the directions and your microwave is calibrated correctly, there should be no problems. Clean up is a breeze and you can store leftovers in it as well. This lived up to all the hype and to my expectations. I love it and everything I have used it for has been delicious. I ordered this from the pasta and more site and added expedited shipping to my order (over $13). Now it's over five weeks later, and I haven't received a thing. Maybe the product is great. I should have ordered it from a reliable source rather than the site I did. Customer Review: I'll keep my other pasta cooker!

I received Pasta n' More as a gift. I already owned the Fasta Pasta Microwave Cooker, and was looking forward to comparing the two. And what I found out was: There really is no comparison. Pasta n More LOOKS like you're getting more for your money, but doesn't deliver. The instructions are unclear, and the cookbook that comes with it is lame. I've used it 4 times and my pasta has came out hard on the ends and pasty in the middle.
I've used my Fasta Pasta at least 50 times, and my pasta is always perfect. If you're wondering which one to buy, save yourself some time, money and pasta - get Fasta Pasta. Another bonus?? MADE IN THE USA!!(not China- Pasta n More is) I'm trying to buy American made products whenever I can

I tried to order this product directly from Pasta N More and, although they took my $14 for expedited shipping, they backordered product and told me they would have let me know it was backordered IN THIRTY DAYS!
I cancelled the order and will see how Amazon handles things - I'm sure it will be efficient as always.
