A companion for your Pasquini Moka coffee grinder orthe Livia 90, this highly polished, stainless steelbase comes with two steel drawers, one of whichcontains a removable rubber knocking bar so you canknock spent coffee grounds from your portafilter. Thesecond drawer can be used to store accessories andsupplies. The knocking bar may be placed in eitherdrawer. Not only does the base add a convenientstorage area, but also by placing the Livia 90 on thebase, you gain additional inches between the tip ofthe steam wand and the countertop. Without the extraroom, you are limited to 12-oz. and 20-oz. milkfrothing pitchers, while the extra height will allowyou to use a 32-oz. pitcher.
