I live in south Florida. I bought this at Bed Bath and Beyond several years ago. I live alone and the filter lasted a year or more before it clogged up,so then it was time to replace the filter. BBB didn't carry it any more. I looked at HoDepot didn't see it there either, maybe I'll check the website. Tonight I did see Replacement Filter Cartridge for P2201
Price: $[...] at healthgoods.com. So, anyways after it clogged, I kept putting it off and when I searched shower filters I couldn't make up my mind about whether to try the Aquasana, several people say it cracks and I can see that happening. A lot of people rave about it.
I only know that the Paragon made my hair softer, my skin less itchy and a lot less soap scum in the shower. I was really impressed. I don't know if the Aquasana could be that much better, but I think I've decided to just find a replacement filter for this one.
