Customer Review: Overall this is a good machine
Summary: 4 Stars
This is great for making raw foods, the vegetables do need to be large though. Unless you have very large organic carrots you won't be able to use it for them. I've used this with cucumbers and squash and it works well. There are two blades for the spiral "noodle" size, and one flat blade for garnishing.
