Great product, like the title says! It is extremely non-stick, haven't cooked anything that has come even close to sticking to it at all. Love that it can be rolled up and put away, cleans super easy as well. Only thing is I'd like to be able to not use any pans with it at all, which you could, but it'd be tough to get out of the oven due to the roll up ability.Customer Review: Great product, Better price

As a professional pastry chef, I have often used silicone baking mats and know what a useful item they can be. I also know how expensive they are. This mat offers the best of both worlds; great performance at an affordable price.
While these mats have their limitations (can't cut on them, some storage issues, discoloration) their usefulness far outweighs those minor details. On top of all the things they can do, you aren't adding to a landfill with parchment paper or foil every time you use them.
If you haven't used these mats, pick up one or two to use. Follow the instructions and you'll add a great tool to your cooking line-up. Not only are they wonderful for baking, if you make any type of candy, you'll find these quite handy.
