I purchased this based on a review that said it would fix your problem if your cookies regularly burn on the bottom before being finished. I am sad to say I did not find this to be the answer to that problem. My cookies were too brown on the bottom before they were ready to come out, so I may have a dud stove ... this may be useful otherwise but that's the only reason that I wanted it. Also take note of the size if you are new to baking like I am as this may not be the right size for your baking pan as it is slightly too large for my standard one and being a newbie I did not realize there were variations.Customer Review: Cookies and Biscuits and Candies, Oh My!

I have several silicone baking sheets Silpat, Matfer Exopat and now World Cuisine. All of them have performed exceptionally well. My cookies come out soft and chewy, my biscuits are buttery and don't stick and my turtles are easy to remove after they've cooled. For anyone that does a decent amount of baking I recommend picking up a couple of these to make clean up easier.Customer Review: Cooking mat

Perfect, I cooked fish, pork chops, and chicken at separate times on the baking sheet and nothing stuck. I even broiled with shoyu sauce and nothing really stuck hard on it. PERFECT, I ordered another one for a spare already!!
