I did a lot of research before buying this great "gadget" and I am thrilled with it! Easy to use and clean, the children I work with (and I) had a ball making raw "spaghetti" out of zucchini and squash. Can't wait to try the other blades. On a 100% raw diet this is a necessity.

This purchase was well worth the money and research. I wanted an item that would create 'pasta' from fresh zucchini and that is exactly what I got. The dish I made was delicious, healthy and fast. Cleanup was a breeze. For anyone who is looking for a healthy way to enjoy pasta, this item is a must have. There is a video on YouTube titled "Spirooli Spiral Vegetable Slicers - Making Raw Zucchini Pasta and Onion Rings" that shows how great this slicer works. Hi, have been following a living foods lifestyle while in med school studying natural medicine(ND). Had a different spiralizer previously and this is WAY BETTER!! I love it!! Prepared food for some non-foodies and this stole the show. Everyone was mesmerized by the zuchinni noddles and how easy/fast it is to use! Feel it is essential. This tool does a fair job of spiraling zucchini (for raw "spaghetti"), but it's made of cheap plastic, and I haven't succeeded in using it successfully on any other vegetable (or fruit for that matter).
