item arived quickly and in excellent condition. this is exactly the type of pan needed for making alton brown's apple pie. this pan was not available locally and i was glad to find it on amazon at a reasonalble price and with free shipping too! it is also extremely non stick and sticky food items glide out easily. i also put it in the dishwasher without any problems. it is heavy weight and i expect it to last for many years.Customer Review: tart / mold pan
