This pitcher is good in the sense that it leaves the water tasting great. Unfortunately, it is cheaply made and simply does not hold enough water to suit my needs. It took no time to realize that I should have bought the larger unit (which was my own mistake).Customer Review: Good but not great

Pros: Water tastes good, easy to refill.
Cons: My pitcher got a minor crack in it after about a month of using. Small, so can be a pain to have to constantly fill up. Can be a pain to pour.

The water tastes great from this pitcher. But it started leaking almost immediately and now after about 1.5 years it is starting to fall apart. I really don't know what could be so hard about making a quality plastic pitcher - it's not really an advanced engineering project....
