I guess I thought the edges would be sharper so that this blade would cut through frozen fruit. I don't see much point in using it most of the time. Maybe it's effective for people who use ice cream as a base for their shakes... but I'd rather eat ice cream than drink it!Customer Review: Not what I expected but ok.

I was expecting a milkshake blade but I got this blade that you have to run for about a minute and a half to get the result of a runny blended drink I would rather use the fusion cutter blade and more Ice-cream than this blade(same/if not better result).Customer Review: OEM Blade - Excellent Price

THERE IS NO COMPARISON BETWEEN THIS BLADE AND THE CHOPPER BLADE. I USE A SHAKE FOR BREAKFAST EACH MORNING. THE MILKSHAKE BLADE DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB OF NOT ONLY MIXING THE INGREDIENTS BUT IT GIVES A WONDERFUL FROTHY SHAKE.Customer Review: Oster 6670 Milkshake Blade

Great product! Really beats the regular blender blade in making milkshakes. Not only is the product better, but it saves time because you don't have to keep stirring to mix ice cream and milk.
