Customer Review: The WORST toaster oven I've ever had

I use this to make toast and heat up frozen waffles 95% of the time. I set the timer to less than 5 minutes and the side facing up and closer to the back of the oven will inevitably burn. I have even set it for less time, but then of course, it doesn't toast. It seems to do the actual toasting in a 5 second window, so if you're not vigilant enough to catch, will result in burnt toast. Not only that, the underside will not brown at all. So I stick the bread in for 3-4 minutes, it dings, the bread is still white, I flip it over, set it for another 1-2 minutes, it dings, and sometimes it's toasted ok (the part towards the back of the toaster is darker, of course) and sometimes it's burnt. And like another reviewer, the door now hangs open a few inches and refuses to close. This toaster oven is JUNK!
