Customer Review: Poorly designed blender

The Osterizer blender model # 6889 is one to stay awa from. On the box it said "shred" which is why I bought it. Wrong! Seome parts are optional and h ave to be ordered from Oster. I was told "this is up to the stores to put what they want on the outside of the box." A consumer has no way of knowing this. As of today, for the second tiime Oster is sending me the wrong part . This has been going on since September and I am now done with Oster! Buy another brand.
