I have only had this product for about a week. I have created several smoothies for myself and my family as well as some iced coffee. The blender is fairly quiet as blenders go and does a great job on ice. Buttons provide firm feedback and the glass container feels very strong. I had not owned a blender for a few years so I surprised at the advance in technology while still having a very reasonable price. I really wish all my purchases were this easy and economical. However, I wish I would have bought the extra tall blade for milkshakes or smoothies when I bought the blender. I find I now am wanting to purchase it, and with the extra shipping, it makes the whole purchase not quite as cheap. Pros: Does its job better - faster and more completely and with less mess than any other blender we've used - including ones that sell for 3 times its price.
Cons: Cheap construction. Very noisy - sounds like a leaf blower when it runs.
Bottom line: if you can live with the noise it's a great bargain.
