I gave this as a birthday gift and he loved it! It's a great product for those who have conditions that make it hard for them to open bottles. The person I gave it to had a thumb replacement and needed to ask others to open bottles of wine. This product is perfect. I have had my opener for about 4 years. I just purchased two more for gifts. Previously I gave them as gifts and they are very much appreciated and are still being used daily. I only plug mine in for a day or two every couple of weeks and it has never given me any problems. Easiest wine opener I have ever used and would highly recommend it to everyone. Small wine bucket is nice too. Linda
