Customer Review: It's been great for me...

I've had this rice cooker/steamer since May 2008 and I absolutely love it. The only time I have had a problem with the steam/water boiling out of the top is when I tried to cook too much rice. I love the delay function and we probably eat brown rice twice a week now. It cooks it the same every time and it is delicious. I have not experienced the other problems with the unit shutting off and/or the horrible smell. If I had read these reviews I probably wouldn't have bought it, but so far so good.
