As soon as I opened the shipping box I could tell this fan had been reboxed. And as I took each item out, it was more apparent someone else had returned this item and packed it as well as they could, it was just up to me to find out why it was returned. Besides the fact that the fan blade doesn't look anything like the fan blade the instructions tell you to install, once I got it all together, the Low Speed button didn't work. Lot of trouble for not a lot of item.
