I didn't have high hope when I purchased this cushion since it's so cheap. I didn't feel like it would help when I first sat on it. I decided to keep it just because it's cheap. But then after I sat on it for a few days in my office, I discovered I didn't have any lower back pain as I usually experienced almost everyday towards the end of the day. It works..well at least it works for me.
