This is a great machine. It's light, very functional and does almost everything as advertised. The only issue... If you leave it in the drawer and bump the on/off switch it will start it's cycle. You have to hit the button to reverse the cycle to make it stop. Otherwise it will go the whole cycle before coming to a stop. The unit is a little noisy but does the job.Customer Review: Great item

This is the greatest invention since sliced bread. I'm a senior citizen and had to eliminate some products that come in jars as I can't open them. I can open anything with the One Touch. However, you have to be sure to set the opener on the jar securely, so it doesn't slip and break the opener. I bought this for my mother who has arthritis. It works really well. However, don't push the button if it's not on a jar, as it won't turn off by itself. I don't know if that is specific to this one or is the way the product is supposed to work.
