Unfortunately, this chair has problems in every feature.
First -- the back can't be adjusted, and if you want to feel the backseat, you'll have to sit all the way in -- and the chair is pretty deep. Even a person of considerable size will have trouble sitting all the way in.
Second -- the wheels do not lock. In fact, they roll around constantly, and there's nothing you can do to stop them.
Thirdly, the leg rest slips down, no matter how hard you tighten it.
Lastly, the material for the seat cushion is super rough. If you sit in shorts, or thin linen pants (or dress), your posterior may feel itchy, scratchy, and red.
I wish I could return this product - sadly, I threw away the box a bit too early.
