I can't crochet anymore due to RA. I thought learning to use looms would help me use my stores of yarn - and make beautiful items as well. I have to work with the looms more, but from what I know already - I am happy with these looms.Customer Review: Love them!

I love this product. It allowed me to create a baby afghan without seaming together two pieces as I had to do previously with the round looms. I agree that directions are lacking, but there is a wealth of information available on the internet, yahoo groups have many looming groups and there are books available on amazon too! I bought the long loom set so that I could make an afghan. The instructions that come in the box only tell you how to make a scarf so that was pretty disappointing, I will have to go find a book that tells you how to make a afghan. I just recently got the Knifty Knitter round loom set. And after only a few items made on those, I ordered this long loom set.
I am already so addicted to looming. It is so easy, and so much fun, and so FAST! I have completed several items in a very few weeks. And they all look great. This is one craft I can see using for a very long time. If you have ever despaired of needle knitting, have dexterity issues, or just want a much faster way to make items for family and friends, looming is for you.
Already I have completed a great scarf on one of these long looms. I plan on being very warm this winter!

I bought this item for my mother-in-law who has always talked about learning to knit but hasn't had success because she is left handed. So I thought this would be a fun gift. And she loved it and told me it was a thoughtful gift. YEAH! Thanks!
