Customer Review: Nice decoratation but worthless otherwise

My kids received it as a gift and despite our best efforts, we couldn't get it to make even one snow cone. No matter what we tried (letting the ice cubes sit out for 10-15 min, fewer cubes, more cubes, smaller cubes) the machine jammed almost immediately every time. Since it was a gift and don't know where to return it, it will go in the trash (can't even donate it).
