The item arrived within 6 days of ordering and I could see, as the package was sitting on my porch, that it looked pretty banged up. When I picked the package up to take it inside the box inside slid around. I opened the outside box to see there was one long sheet of butcher paper loosely packed inside and when I opened the lamp box I found the glass shade shattered. I was unable to get another lamp from the warehouse but was able to return it with ease and the shipping was paid for by Amazon. (unlike Overstock)
