Ordered WalkFit inserts for myself and my fiancee. Followed their instructions for about 10 days (3 days past their "break in" period). I couldn't wait to get them out of my shoes by the end of the day. Foot adjusted somewhat, but not that much. Same with my fiancee. Decided to return them.
Sent them back via UPS with deliver confirmation and signature. Walk Fit received them back in mid-September, 2005. No refund given as of yet. No returned emails or phone calls to customer service.
Bottom line: WalkFit doesn't live up to ANY of their statements, including their refund policy.
I should have known better at the time to buy something off of the TV, but I learned my lesson again.

I woke up one morning to discover I had developed plantar fasciitis and my heel was hurting so badly I thought I had broke it. I was hobbling around for a couple of weeks completely avoiding housework. Then I almost decided to see a podiatrist since this appeared to be a serious foot problem. After researching plantar fasciitis I came across Walkfit Orthotics and decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did. Even though it feels like I am walking on a tennis ball all day, the pain is completely gone as long as my shoes have Walkfit orthotics in them. I even tried Dr. Scholls Heel Pain Relief Orthotics, and although they took the heel pain away, I found I had a burning, stinging pain in my ankle when I wore these, so all they did was relocate the pain. The best way to wear the Walkfit orthotics is to first remove the insoles your shoes come with, then put in the Walkfit orthotics as far back in the heel of the shoe that you can, and then cover them with Dr. Scholls Memory Foam insoles to provide some comfort and shock absorption. These inserts have not only saved my feet, but they have saved my bank account hundreds of dollars in custom orthotics and podiatrist visits. The pain in my heel was getting terrible. It was getting progressively worse. I love to walk and hike and I just needed some relief until I could get to the doctor. Every night I limped around the house. A friend of mine told me to check out the Walk Fit Orthotic inserts. The price was VERY reasonable, so I ordered them. Within 2-3 minutes of wearing them, there was complete relief from the heel pain. Complete relief!! It only took a couple of days to get used to wearing them all day, and that's what I do now. This was the break my foot needed to heal, and it is slowly getting better.
