Customer Review: disappointed and wont buy from 'as'seen'on'tv' again

This product was neither what I expected nor did it work consistently despite having the right environmental support. I was going to return it, but they have a clause that comes up stating that they are sellers only and wont exchange, but will send you the same product plus charge a 5 dollar restocking fee. This to me is very disappointing and I won't buy from them again. I did like the idea of buying solar, but would rather get it from a company that will guarantee the product for any reason.
