Customer Review: Don't waste your money

I used this product on a number of ares where my cat urinated. The product does not work, and the urine odor is still there. It actually made the smell worse, and it got so bad that I have to rip the carpet out in my walk-in closet and replace it with tile. I have yet to find a product on the market to remove cat urine odor that actually works.Customer Review: Excellent product

I started using this when training a new puppy and it totally eliminates pet urine and fecal stains and odors.I always keep a bottle handy even though my dog is now 7yrs old.It's also excellent for incontinent care of clothes and bedding, it's a life saver for a handicapped relative who has frequent accidents.We put in a spray bottle and mist his clothes before washing and urine odor disappears.Customer Review: Fantastic

We dog sit for friends of ours usually twice a year for a couple weeks at a time. She always brought this with her for accidents and I never had to use it. After having just got a new puppy and knowing we'd have accidents, I thought I better have it on hand. It completely takes away the smell and has saved my almost white carpets...thanks for making a great product!Customer Review: Great for stains but not so good on odor

I admit that this product is amazing for stains. The patches of carpet I used it on are now much cleaner than the surrounding areas. the one peeve that I have is that it does not get the urine odor out unless you totally saturate the carpet and the underlying pad (especially since my dog pees like he had just been on a beer binge during Oktoberfest). This makes absolute sense, but I end up using a LOT of the solution. One spray bottle worth only lasts me 3 pee-pee stains. Very low PPG (pee per gallon) in my book. I have had much more success with Odorzout which is a granule that wicks up all of the moisture, can be vacuumed up, and eliminates odors. All this with a lot more product to spare.Customer Review: I use in my shampooer/steamer

It did a better job than the liquid that came with the machine. It leaves a nice fresh scent and removed spots better than the other stuff.
