This a great interactive toy and just the right length. Also, good quality construction. My cats both like this and you can make it do a lot of different things depending on how you manipulate it. My kitty loves her Cat Charmer! It's soft and light, so I can make it wriggle in the air, causing her to leap for it. She likes to snatch it and roll up with it on the floor so I can't pull it away. It's really adorable. I was surprised because she usually doesn't like things that don't involve feathers...Customer Review: A great cat toy!

My two kittens love this toy. Whenever I show it to them, they want to play. If you snap it in the air quickly, it makes a whipping noise that really gets their attention. Then they get excited and want to attack it.
All in all, it does exactly what you would expect, and it's apparently pretty durable (it hasn't come apart with all the tugging). It stretches quite a bit, so you can get into a pretty good Tug of War game with the cat.
It seems to be made of a Polartec fleece type of material that would be hard to shred. Because of this fact, I wouldn't be as nervous leaving them alone with it, unlike feather-based versions that they could potentially choke on.

My cats love this wand when I hold the handle up and twril the cloth part like a little tornado, or slide it across the floor, from side to side like a slithering snake. It's a very creative, inter-active toy to play with your cats.
