I was all excited about this from the reviews here, and then it came. The first thing I noticed was broken pieces of plastic in the package. Two of the plastic pieces were broken. One was not important - one of the blue pieces on the metal where it meets the floor. The second is critical. Look at the picture where at the top center, at the point where things meet - the blue things are made of plastic, this is where it pivots, so this point is critical - and one was broken in several places, so that the two pieces would not stay together. In order for me to use this and put some laundry weight on it I'll have to clamp it together somehow EACH TIME I set it up - not so convenient anymore, is it? Super glue didn't work, by the way. The company is Belgian, and it, like everything, is made in China. Why everything *but* the important pieces are made of metal boggles the mind, except that more can be sold when it breaks. I guess if it comes broken this plan won't work though.
