I was somewhat skeptical of using a vertical roaster, but as this was NapaStyle, I decided to try it. And I am so glad I did. It is so easy to use. The chicken comes out so moist and juicy and absolutely delicious. And cooking potatoes and onions in the bottom of the roaster is awesome. And cleanup is a breeze. I would recommend this product 100%. I give it ten stars!!!
