This thing ROCKS! First batch was PERFECT right out of the box. Just follow the simple directions and you cannot go wrong. I have been making "blender" margaritas for a long time and this machine just takes all the guess work out. Perfect drinks time after time. (No matter how many YOU have had.) This thing should get 6 stars.
