I purchased the Margaritaville Maker as a birthday gift for my fiance. I was a little leary on how different the drinks would be than a standard blender... I was so wrong! The consistency of the drinks is perfect just like you would get in a restaurant. Yes, the machine is a lot of money, but so worth it! The only downfall is that the glass pitcher needs to be bigger (because drinks go real quick).
