I'll be recommending this to friends who do a lot of computer work and/or have neck pain. It's definitely helping to decrease neckpain and is a gentle reminder to correct my posture. I like that it's worn over the clothing instead of under, because it's easy to put on and take off. For the price, this is the most effective thing to decrease neckpain that I have found. Using this throughout the day and then removing it and using a water pillow at night has really helped me a lot.
