First time I used it the bottom burned. There is a coat of plastic over the entire surface. Do not want the plastic which has partially loosened to get in the food. Tried to "season" it with oil; same thing. Now it is rusting where the plastic has burned off. Will try to remove the plastic entirely from the cooking surface and season it with oil. Definitely not a Plug-n-Play item. OK wok but the cooking surface is not satisfactory to me yet. Thx for reading this.
