This is a man's spatula, no doubt. It's very heavy and large. I haven't had a chance to use it yet since the snow is coming but I'm looking forward to it next Spring. Use caution with this product. The cutting teeth on one side are sharp enough to cut you. The bottle opener on the other end is a nice touch.

Rosewood riveted to the steel forms a round, comfortable, heat-resistant handle. Versatile in function, the spatula not only lifts and drains meats, but also cuts with a sharp serrated edge on one side and tenderizes with prongs on the other. The straight top edge angles downward for use as a scraper, while the far end of the spatula forms a bottle opener that doubles as a hanging loop.
