Customer Review: A great, easy to use kitchen accessory

I purchased this after reviewing several Mandolines. I wanted an inexpensive one to start out with to make sure it would get enough use in the kitchen. Now that I've had a chance to use it I don't feel the need to spend more, because this one works so well. It comes with 5 different inserts for julienne and slicing. My favorite is definitely the slicing blades for onions..no more crying. I've also taken a liking to the julienne for cole slaw and for zucchini when making bread. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars was I really wish there was a 6th insert for a thicker slice. I would recommend this to anyone that's been wanting a Mandoline.
