I never received the juice extractor. I received another item by mistake, some kind of wine bottle opener which had been mislabled by the company as a juice extractor. I never drink wine, so I had no use for such an item. Meanwhile, I was advised that the company no longer carried the juice extractor. (The extractor I ordered is still being advertised through Amazon, however.) I was instructed to return the item. I did so, but as of now, I have not received credit.
