This Deep Fryer Cooker 6 Quart in Hard Anodized Aluminum by MIU France is great for all of your stovetop frying and cooking. The hard anodized aluminum is perfect for fast and even heating, ideal for frying chicken, French fries, egg rolls and fish. Can also be used as a pot for cooking soup or rice when not being used as a deep fryer. The deep fryer includes a wire basket with a side hook to rest the basket on the side of the pot, so that excess oil can drain back into the pot. The mesh lid keeps hot oil from splattering onto your cooking range. Easy to clean by hand washing with warm water and soap. (Hard anodized aluminum should not be put in the dishwasher.)
