I purchased this because of its high ratings but have been terribly disappointed. If you like to chew your pepper for a while then this may suit you, but pepper the size of peas is not something I want on my food. I'll stick to William Bounds in future.

Description of MIU Brushed Stainless-Steel Grinder for Salt or Pepper( Ceramic Body)

Perfect for grinding fresh sea salt: simply add coarse sea salt into the clear chamber, and twist the top. To change the coarseness of the grind, twist the smaller silver ball on top of the grinder -- tighten the ball for smaller grounds and loose for larger grounds. The clear chamber allows you to see just how much salt or pepper remains in the grinder. Wipe clean with a damp cloth, do not put in the dishwasher. Store in cool dry place when not in use.
