I am very happy with this thermometer when making latte's. I was using a digital until I dropped that and started using my wife's candy thermometer. I found that much easier to read, however the wide range decreases the accuracy. That's when I found this frothing thermometer. The clip works great. I found the accuracy dead on when comparing with a digital unit.
