The appearance of the spice holder is great. It goes very well with my kitchen. I would prefer the jars coming empty so I can fill them with the spices that I normally use. I will probably be throwing away about half of the spices. The basic spices such as cinnammon, onion powder, garlic powder, dry mustard, allspice, and black pepper are missing. Also, the shaker holes are very large and should be smaller.

Every cook experiences the occasional mad prowl through the kitchen cupboards looking for a certain spice. (There must be some dill weed in here somewhere!) This revolving wooden spice rack and collection of 40 different spices and spice combinations free up some cupboard space and add order to the choices of spices and herbs. Each spice comes in a 3-1/2-inch glass bottle with a clearly marked lid, and the bottles fit into holes on the four sides of the rectangular rack, 10 bottles on each side. Create some fast and flavorful feasts with the 18 spice combinations, from familiar favorites (garlic salt and barbecue seasoning) to adventurous additions (Thai seasoning and Mediterranean grill). Also included are 22 bottles with single spices, including all the basics like basil, bay leaves, and black pepper.
